APPLICATION GUIDE: To use the Rust Encapsulator, simply apply the product as a primer or encapsulator over clean or corroded (rusted) steel or cast iron. Prepare the surface by removing loose flaking rust with a stiff brush or wire brush/wheel. Make sure to eliminate any grease, oils, or other contaminants from the surface using a solvent like PRE or Acetone. You can apply the product using a brush, roller, or spray.
